Mondays and your mental health. Do you often find yourself dreading the turn of the week and starting a new work week all over again? What if you had something to look forward to that would not only help you brush off the stress and worry of the day or week but would leave you encouraged, uplifted and empowered?

We would love to have you in the studio for a free art class during our Mental Health Mondays. We will experiment with different art mediums and styles. And do you want to know the best part of all? You do NOT have to have any prior experience. Is it ok if you do? Of course! We welcome all ages and abilities in our studio. The most important thing for us, is that our community is creating. That we are exercising the beautiful brain and talent that our creator gave us.

So go ahead and sign up (it’s FREE) and we will see you there. If the class is full , you can register to be on the waitlist. You will be notified when a seat opens up. 

When you sign up for our free classes, please remember to mark it on your calendar so you do not forget. Our seating is limited, and I want to make sure we maximize our space and give opportunities to as many people as we can each and every night. PLEASE ONLY ONE PERSON PER REGISTRATION. Thank you!

Remember, in order to KEEP these FREE, your participation is vital once you register. We invest time, energy, and materials to provide the best experience possible and we want as many people to be able to experience a free art class as possible. Please do not sign up if you can not commit to attending. I know that sounds harsh, but to be fair, I've had too many months, where we were sold out and only had 2 people show up. And I had a waitlist of 20 people eager and needing the outlet.

Starting January 2025 our goal is to be able to offer this from 10-11am as well! Stay tuned!
